Stand up and give
'If a fire breaks out and spreads into thorn-bushes so that it burns sheaves of corn or standing corn or the whole field, the one who started the fire must make restitution.' (Exodus 22:6)
The Faith Moves Mountain’s Climate Justice Fund connects you with Anglican church-based projects overseas that are helping vulnerable people adapt to the challenges of a changing climate to secure a better life now – and for generations to come.
The Climate Justice Fund reflects the reality that climate change affects all of us, but it is the world’s poor – those who contributed least to the problem and have the least capacity to adapt – are already suffering its devastating impact. Climate change threatens to push many communities still further into poverty.
Leaving the world’s poor to sink or swim with their own meagre resources in the face of the threat posed by climate change is morally unacceptable. That is why at its heart climate change is an issue of justice.
Growing the Fund
Climate change is an injustice – its worst effects are visited on those least able to cope and on those least responsible for causing them.
By giving to the Climate Justice Fund, you’ll become part of the miracle of the global church working together.
Any amount you can give will be much appreciated

The carbon calculator
With the Faith Moves Mountains carbon calculator, you can easily find out how much carbon dioxide you emit each year.
How does it work?
Just find the church or household that corresponds closest to your situation to calculate how many tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions per year you are responsible for.
Why do this?
Once you’ve worked out your annual carbon dioxide emissions, we’ll show how this compares with the ‘fair share’ average. An online calculation will suggest how you can redress the balance with a donation.
